The Official Training Programs are designed by 118-time Danskin finisher and Triathlon Hall of Fame and legend, author, speaker and motivator Sally Edwards.
All programs use the branded and proprietary Heart Zones(R) Training system, and each is tailored for your training ability.

- Team Training Events: An 8-week to 10-week training programs that prepare you in a group setting for a great event, no matter what level of experience! Get motivated, meet great people, have fun and get in shape at the same time.
- My Coach: Train with your own coach and your own personalized training program.
- Team DWTS Training: Train with the support of a team as a group and the expertise of a head coach and workout leaders.
- Camp DWTS: Sign-up for our 1-day camp to learn the skills and the cardio-fitness using a heart rate monitor plus learn how to transition and get course-specific information so that you can do your best on race day.
- Clinics: Learn by taking a sport (swim, bike, or run) or event (course or transition) clinic, click on Danskin Women's Triathlon Series.
- Email Training: Receive 32-emails for the 8 weeks leading up to your race, written by Sally Edwards, that include a training plan, tips, success stories, and educational information.
